Hyundai N e-Festival Global League Review

CoRe Dominates Virtual Hyundai N Festival With 1-2-3-4 Championship Result!

The Hyundai N e-Festival Global League, an online sim-racing competition on @iracingofficial, started with a Pre-Qualifying taking place from January 24th to February 14th 2022. Through three weeks of this Pre-Qualifying period, a total of 30 drivers were qualified to the main rounds. Including drivers from France, Germany, UK, Italy, Russia, Mexico, Brazil, USA, Canada, South Korea, Australia, China and India – our CoRe drivers Kieran Harrison, Thomas Gibson, Kieran Harrison and Marius Golombeck went for a shot to grab a piece of the massive 40,000 USD prize pool.

On 5th March, 26 drivers from 12 countries competed in this series with a prize distribution of a 1st place to take 10,000 USD plus 2 tickets for the WRC Hospitality Experience, the 2nd place to receive 5,000 USD and the 3rd place to win 3,000 USD, including a top country result prize of 2,000 USD. CoRe driver Kieran Harrison from UK has won the most points by winning total of five rounds over the series! Corentin Guinez finishes in second, with Thomas Gibson in 3rd place! To round it up even more, Marius Golombeck finished the season in 4th. Due to this massive effort from the team, this makes this series to give us a great entry in the CoRe’s trophy room! Thank you to the teams, drivers, partners, organizers and all of our followers!

Corentin Guinez concludes the season from CoRe SimRacing with the following : “A good season concluded with second place in the drivers and countries standings! Some mistakes and lack of pace during the season made me lose chances to get the title but overall a season to remember! Thanks to @kharrisonracing@mariusgolombeck & Thomas Gibson for the great work done all season! Well done to Kieran for the title!”
