Three Reinforcements For CoRe SimRacing in 2025!
It’s been a long time since CoRe last expanded their roster and the team is excited to break that streak by welcoming three new motivated iRacing drivers to the team! These talented simracers bring diverse experiences, unique perspectives, and a shared passion for simracing that aligns perfectly with CoRe’s values : 🇦🇹 Marcus R Fox, 🇫🇮 Mikko Nurmi & 🇩🇪 Sven Lottmann!
Marcus, who is 29 years old and coming from Austria, is a seasoned simracer who started his journey with Gran Turismo 4 and F1 games. He transitioned to iRacing in late 2020 and has been enjoying the PRO-AM and PRO GT3 categories. His standout achievements include successful participations in the iRacing Spa 24h as well as top-ten finishes in the IVRA GT Sprint Series. He’s committed to camaraderie, continuous improvement and the relentless pursuit of speed – embodying the ethos of CoRe.
Mikko, who is a 28 years old Finnish dedicated simracer and IT specialist, began his simracing passion with arcade games on the PSX which evolved into a serious commitment for iRacing starting in 2012. After an active streak between 2014–2017, Mikko returns with renewed motivation, ready to connect with a like-minded community as CoRe SimRacing. His methodical approach, his experience and genuine enthusiasm makes him a promising addition to CoRe’s lineup.
Sven, who is a 36 years old German, started with childhood favorites like Stunts and Bleifuss and grew into a love for realistic racing simulations with Live for Speed, where he even reached the ESL EPS league. In 2020, he embraced iRacing, building his first aluminum rig and falling in love with GT cars, though he’s always open to trying other vehicle classes. He’s looking forward to racing with friendly teammates, achieving success, and learning together as a team.
CoRe’s thrilled to kick off an exciting new chapter with Marcus, Mikko, and Sven joining the team. With fresh skills, dedication, and team spirit, CoRe’s ready to tackle the 2025 iRacing series calendars. Let’s give them a warm welcome!
