Former F1 Esports Driver From Netherlands Joins CoRe SimRacing!
CoRe SimRacing is happy to announce their latest addition to the team who will reinforce the team’s participation in SCO & NEO and most importantly dNLS in the future season : Allert Van Der Wal. Dutchman Allert, who comes from Eindhoven, has had his success in the F1 Esports Series from 2017-2019 and has recently participated in the iRacing service.
Allert started simracing at the end of 2016 on F1 2016 where he could manifest early success by being one of the most talented participants among the best esports drivers in the service. “I tried the first F1 Esports event in 2017 and got through to the finals in Abu Dhabi, picking up a podium in one of the finals races. Then I got selected as a driver for Alfa Romeo Sauber in the F1 2018 Pro Draft for the F1 Esports Pro Series. After my F1 Esports journey I gave iRacing a good go for the first time in late 2020. I hope we can get close to the top teams within iRacing, and perform well in leagues like SCO. I know there are some great drivers in the team and I can’t wait to get driving with them!”
