Mangan Secures 2nd - Balfour Missing Out Championship Chances The second season of the Apex Racing League TCR Series was held on various competitive racing circuits around the world once again - fighting for the championship on 13 venues across several months in fall and winter of 2020, CoRe SimRacing decided to join this season with Oscar Mangan and Ross Balfour.
